Cellulose Acetate is a natural polymer
manufactured out of natural cellulose. The Material has many good properties
such as high transparency and aesthetic appeal, high impact and mechanical
strength, high dielectric constant, excellent machinability, good resistance
to a variety of chemicals and compatibility with Human skin. The blades are
made out of spring steel and thereafter go through number of operations and
finally nickel-chrome plated for protection against rust. Blade tips are
hardened and tempered and confirm to appropriate Rockwell Hardness numbers
as per ISI specifications. Every single piece is throughly inspected before
it leaves our premises.
